Virasat Ensemble vision is to expand our fine arts program based on our community’s interest in dance and physical fitness. Our vision is determined through the eyes of our dancers .We plan to take our program as far as our dancers can dream.
Our long-term vision is to inspire our community with non-competitive dance education and offer many performance opportunities in a facility thatwill motivate, educate and develop an appreciation of the fine arts

Virasat Ensemble as the name suggests is a performing arts institutionwhich is working hard with an aim of keeping alive the tradition and legacy of the Gurus and Mentors of Odissi, the oldest and finest classical dance of India.
It is a humble attempt to promote Odissi dance and music. A non-profitable and upcoming cultural institution,currently based in Delhi running under the guidance of Smt Shally Srivastava; a dancer, a teacher and a choreographer. She has made major contributions in projecting and popularising Odissi dance, imparting intensive training.
Regular classes for local students and special classes for underprivileged are augmentedby summer workshops, performances, new chorographies and annual function.
Training includes:-

- Basic and exclusive dance exercises (sound and soundless)
- Basic knowledge of Taalas and Raagas
- Body conditioning
- Dialect and diction
- Pure dance
- Abinaya (Dance Drama)
